Hey,
I’ve spent over 20 years in the IT industry - from engineer to CTO to board member of an international product company. Through consulting with product leaders and teams, I’ve focused on helping them embody the principles that make Silicon Valley’s best companies succeed. Recently, I’ve been working on Ship It, and by joining forces with Wojtek Strzalkowski, under SuperHero.Tech I’m hoping to accelerate that work and bring you even more useful tools and insights.
Working with Wojtek has been both wildly successful and, honestly, a bit of a bromance. Together, we’ve trained over 600 people through AI Product Heroes (NPS of 80, second edition looking even better), and now we’re aiming to bring our combined teaching reach to 100K people. And why stop there? ;)

Why does this matter?

Love the framing around Product Builders eliminating handoff gaps rather than just speed optimization. Saw this firsthand when a PM I worked with learned enough code to prototype features before handoff, cutting iteration loops from weeks to days. The constraint flips from "how fast can we move individually" to "how tightly can we colaborate" which is kinda the whole game now tbh.
